Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User", "you") and ThumbnailGo regarding your access to and use of our visual design tools and SaaS services.

By signing up, upgrading your account, or clicking "Generate," you agree that you have read, understood, and consented to all conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue service usage immediately.

To unlock full generator operations, you must register an account using the Google OAuth sign-in option. When connecting your Google account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete details concerning your registration identity.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your session tokens and security profiles.
• Notify our administration immediately if you identify any unauthorized security breach on your account.

ThumbnailGo values creator freedom and visual property rights:

• Your Creations: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and distribution rights for all graphics and thumbnails rendered using our AI generator. You are permitted to use them for commercial YouTube publishing, blog posts, and marketing campaigns without additional royalty fees.
• Our Platform: All visual engine components, code, UI assets, logos, design files, animations, and proprietary presets remain the absolute intellectual property of ThumbnailGo.
• Community Contributions: When you choose to publish a creation to the community gallery, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the thumbnail, prompt text, and presets configuration to inspire other creators.

Certain advanced presets, higher resolutions, image blending, and maximum generation counts require active paid tiers:

• Pro Tier pricing: Monthly plans ($19/mo) and yearly plans ($15/mo billed annually) provide standard and HD/Ultra generations up to your monthly tier limit.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans will auto-renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you opt to cancel inside your Settings and Billing dashboard.
• Payment Security: You authorize our secure payment processing provider, Stripe, to collect the standard charges corresponding to your plan choice.

To guarantee absolute platform safety, you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to bypass standard AI API constraints or trigger excessive automated generation loads using scraping scripts.
• Input text prompts or upload image blend baselines containing highly graphic, harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit concepts.
• Use the generator engine to create assets designed to mislead, harass, or violate public safety standards.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the architectural logic of the website's components and libraries.

We reserve the right, without liability or prior warning notice, to suspend, terminate, or delete your account if:

• You violate any material provision of these Terms of Service.
• We identify patterns indicating fraudulent billing, chargeback disputes, or credit theft.
• Your AI content generations repeatedly trigger safety limit blocks by our rendering processors.

ALL SERVICES ARE RENDERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THUMBNAILGO DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FIT-FOR-PURPOSE DESIGN.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THUMBNAILGO, ITS REPRESENTATIVES, PARTNERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE HELD LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA) SUSTAINED BY THE USE OR INABILITY TO OPERATE THE GENERATOR PLATFORM.
