Welcome to ThumbnailGo (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country)
• Have the authority to enter into this agreement
• Provide accurate and complete account information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

ThumbnailGo allows users to:

• Enter prompts
• Select configuration options
• Generate AI-powered thumbnails (“Generated Content”)

Credits are required to generate thumbnails. Credits:

• Are added after successful payment
• Can only be used for thumbnail generation
• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the system
• Misuse the platform in a way that impacts other users or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You own the rights to the thumbnails you generate, subject to:

• Applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
• Compliance with these Terms
• Limitations imposed by AI training data or licensing rules

You are responsible for ensuring your Generated Content does not infringe any laws or third-party rights. We may temporarily store content to improve performance and user experience, but we do not sell your content.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Prices may change at any time.

• Credits are delivered digitally after payment
• Credits are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Failed or fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy or suitability of generated content

You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, or issues caused by misuse or third-party services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last three (3) months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
